Welcome to Luxumer International Travel LLC. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By booking a tour, itinerary, or any travel-related service with Luxumer International Travel LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Company Information
Luxumer International Travel LLC is a Limited Liability Company registered in the State of Wyoming, USA.
2. Bookings and Payments
Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment as specified during checkout and issuance of a written confirmation by us.
Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways including Stripe and Airwallex. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the designated payment method for your travel reservation.
Pricing: All prices are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to our customer support.
Cancellations by Customer:
Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to departure: Eligible for an 80% refund (less non-refundable merchant processing fees).
Cancellations made between 15 to 29 days prior to departure: Eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 14 days of departure: Non-refundable.
Cancellations by Company: If we cancel a trip due to force majeure, safety concerns, or failure to meet minimum passenger requirements, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your funds to a future trip.
Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Travel Insurance and Health Requirements
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation, and loss of luggage. Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are in suitable health to participate in chosen itineraries and for obtaining required visas and travel documentation.
5. Limitation of Liability and Force Majeure
Luxumer International Travel LLC acts solely as an agent/organizer for independent suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, local transportation providers, tour guides). We are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, delay, or loss caused by third-party suppliers, natural disasters, weather events, government actions, or other force majeure events beyond our control. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific booking.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal dispute or claim arising under these Terms shall be settled exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
